the 12-week broadcast residency

Future Voices Academy is not a program. It's a workforce pipeline disguised as a media training lab. In 12 weeks, you go from student to Media Fellow — learning by doing on real live broadcasts. Real games. Real stakes. Real credentials.

01, 02, 03

the triangle

The play. The story. The listener. Students learn to identify what just happened, why it matters, and how to deliver it — in real time, in roughly seven seconds.

the extraction

Every game holds more information than any broadcaster can use. The skill is selection — which facts, which angles, which human stories to pull forward. This is where students stop sounding like narrators and start sounding like journalists.

the rhythm

Pacing. Handoffs. Silence. The invisible craft that makes a broadcast feel professional. Students who graduate with the rhythm are ready for paying broadcast work.
